Job Description
- The Chief Security Officer (CSO) is a key officer by Statute and is responsible to the Vice- Chancellor for the day-to-day maintenance of security of lives and properties in the University.
Qualification/Experience
Candidates are to possess:

- A good honours degree or its equivalent, preferably in Social Sciences, Art or Law, plus evidence of discharge or exemption from NYSC.
- At least 12 years’ relevant experience from officially recognized security outfit at a minimum level of ASP or its equivalent, plus evidence of clean service record from former place of employment.
- Proven attributes of crime-combating competence, effective leadership and good sense of human relations shall be an advantage.
